About the role
This role is responsible for working on the production line while packing, pre-rolling, or assisting with the quality control of Timeless products. We will rely on you to work with the production team to ensure products are produced and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all production manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOPs while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations
- Handles all flower products with utmost care and ensures weights and measurements are in adherence to Timeless standards, producing a quality product
- Prepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage.
- Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the equipment and workplace clean-up at the end of every day.
- Assists the Production team with daily activities of assigned shifts and helps with tasks as delegated by the Lead or Manager in all departments
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
- Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.

Experience
- 2 - 4 Years – Experience in the production field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 - 4 Years – Experience in Position
Educational Background / Certificates
- The Production Worker position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Additional Qualifications
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Department of Health Services
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Department of Health Services
- Valid State Issued ID
Compensation
Base Range
- Starting at $16.00 hourly
Bonus Potential
- Up to 10% of total (prorated) salary based on KPI performance
