Job Title: Production Worker

Location: LaGrange, GA

Job Summary:

Production line workers are responsible for assembling and checking parts on production lines. Production line workers operate machinery, work with tools, and monitor the production process to ensure a quality part. Production Line Workers are expected to follow all production schedules, ensure that all parts meet quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production line equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products and materials.
• Monitor production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Package finished products for shipment and storage.
• Clean and maintain production area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Complete production reports and documentation as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate and maintain production line equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Attention to detail.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to twist and turn at the waist for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly for extended periods
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
