We are looking for a dependable Production Worker to join our warehouse/build team in Gervais, Oregon. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building, working with tools, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Job Summary
The Production Worker will help build and assemble Outdoor Office Next structures and components in our warehouse. Duties may include framing, panel assembly, cutting materials, installing siding or trim, preparing building parts, organizing materials, and keeping the shop clean and safe.
No advanced construction experience is required, but basic tool knowledge, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are important.
Responsibilities
Assist with building and assembling small structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, trim, and related components
Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
Measure, cut, move, and prepare building materials
Follow instructions, build plans, and production standards
Help load, unload, organize, and stage materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/work area
Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Check work for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Follow company safety procedures at all times
Perform other warehouse or production tasks as needed
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day
Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
Able to read a tape measure accurately
Able to follow directions and work well with a team
Willing to learn construction, assembly, and production processes
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the day
Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment
Able to safely handle lumber, panels, tools, and building materials
