Responsibilities

Manufacture custom home organization systems.

Assist with installing custom closets, cabinets, and shelving – training provided!

Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.

Operate woodworking machinery.

Work on-site at customer homes with a friendly, supportive team.

Understand cut lists for daily jobs.

Use hand tools and power tools safely.

Help measure, cut, and fit parts with guidance from experienced team members.

Follow quality and safety standards.

Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.

Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
