Original Little Pepi's in Hatfield, PA is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Line Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth, efficient workflow

Inspect products for quality control and adherence to company standards

Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations

Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly

Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols as required

Requirements:

Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic understanding of workplace safety and sanitation practices

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or weekends if needed
