About the Role:

Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is looking for a skilled Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies in a high-volume production setting

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, adjusting settings for material type and thickness

Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and quality goals

Identify and report equipment issues or weld defects to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience as a MIG welder in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings

Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and joint preparation

Ability to meet production quotas while maintaining high-quality weld standards

Familiarity with safety protocols, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in varying conditions

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
