About the Role:

Spring Industries in Ventura, CA is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Worker to join our growing team! Looking for a Production worker to form small metal and wire parts, deburring and inspecting. Must be able to work at a fast pace with an eye for Quality and Detail. Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery on the manufacturing floor

Assemble, process, or package products according to quality and production standards

Inspect finished goods for defects and ensure quality control compliance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols

Meet daily production quotas and targets in a fast-paced environment

Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly

Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

High school diploma or GED preferred
