Productivity Coach & Agent Services Coordinator

Keller Williams Grand Rapids East is looking for an energetic, results-driven Productivity Coach to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on boosting the productivity of non-capping agents, helping them set and achieve goals, increase sales, and scale their business. You’ll work with agents across all experience levels, from newcomers to top producers, providing tailored coaching, time management strategies, and workflow optimization. Compensation: • $70,000 On Target Earnings (Base + commission) • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: Coaching & Training: • Deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to support agents in setting and achieving their business objectives. • Facilitate group workshops focused on business development, goal setting, and industry best practices. • Create customized action plans and implement accountability systems to drive results. Recruitment & Onboarding: • Support the recruitment of new agents by identifying high-potential talent and fostering alignment with the Keller Williams culture. • Oversee a structured onboarding process to ensure new agents are well-versed in company tools, systems, and expectations. • Conduct monthly retention meetings to support agent engagement and growth. Keller Williams Tools: • Assist agents in effectively using KW's proprietary platforms, such as Command and Keller Williams University (KWU), to optimize their business operations. • Provide ongoing support in leveraging technology to boost efficiency and productivity. Time Management & Accountability: • Guide agents in developing effective time management techniques to enhance daily performance. • Establish clear goals and ensure consistent accountability to support long-term success. Collaboration with Leadership: • Coordinate coaching initiatives with market center leadership to align with overall business strategies. • Actively contribute to the development and delivery of training programs that support agent success. Qualifications: • Proven experience in coaching or mentoring within a professional environment. • Knowledge of Keller Williams tools and systems is a plus, though not mandatory. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. • Skilled at motivating, inspiring, and holding agents accountable for their goals. • Technologically proficient, with the ability to effectively train others on digital tools and systems. Compensation: $70,000 OTE
