Responsibilities: • Coach and mentor agents through one-on-one and group sessions • Lead training classes in person and via Zoom, focused on systems, sales skills, and mindset • Guide agents in building lead generation consistency and conversion practices • Supportthe implementation of CRM systems such as KW Command • Track progress, hold agents accountable, and celebrate production goals • Collaborate with leadership to grow the Productivity Coaching Program • Continue personal development through ongoing training and masterminds • Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and professionalism Qualifications: • Active California real estate license required • Proven success as a productive agent or team leader • Prior coaching or mentorship experience preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with KW Command or similar CRM systems • Organized, dependable, and driven by results • Passion for teaching, growth, and helping others succeed Compensation: $170,000 at plan commissions
