The Productivity Coach (PC) is a top producer and recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. Driven yet compassionate, they demonstrate a proactive, results-driven approach to challenges while finding fulfillment in helping others achieve their individual goals. The PC works closely with the Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader as part of the Market Center’s Leadership Team. Their primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of all agents, using the tools of the Career Growth Initiative to drive associates into production. This role is about more than teaching—it’s about walking beside agents in the early stages of their journey, holding them accountable, and showing them what’s possible. Productivity Coaches measure their success by the success of their associates and the Market Center. Compensation This is a performance-based role. Compensation is tied to: • Number of agents coached and transactions closed • Their productivity and growth Responsibilities: • Help both new and growth-minded agents become productive and profitable • Lead coaching conversations with empathy, accountability, and clarity • Provide support through 30/60/90 day onboarding plans • Facilitate weekly group coaching sessions and check-ins • Encourage participation in Ignite, BOLD, and Market Center workshops • Collaborate with leadership to shape the training calendar and coaching strategies • Track results, celebrate success, and adjust when needed How You’ll Help Us Grow • Boost agent engagement and retention through strong coaching relationships • Support recruiting efforts by meeting with new-to-business agents • Teach agents proven lead generation and conversion strategies • Communicate KW’s value proposition with authenticity and clarity • Contribute to Market Center culture and performance growth Qualifications: Who You Are • A top-producing agent with at least 3 years of real estate success • A natural leader who finds fulfillment in helping others reach their potential • Patient yet driven, with a calm presence and strong follow-through • Thrives on consistency, accountability, and people development • Passionate about KW’s models, systems, and culture • A collaborative teammate and clear communicator with leadership, agents, and staff Knowledge & Skills You Bring • Comfort leading both groups and one-on-one coaching conversations • Strong knowledge of KW systems: Command, Ignite, BOLD, KW Roadmap, MREA, Win with Buyers, Win with Sellers • A growth mindset and hunger to continually improve • Active real estate license (required) • At least 3 years of experience as a practicing REALTOR with a proven track record of production • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching professionals • Experience with business planning, accountability systems, and goal-setting • Strong background in lead generation strategies, scripts, and conversion practices • Ability to teach, motivate, and hold agents accountable in a positive, growth-oriented way • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track agent performance and productivity Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 Commission Based Average
