PRODUCTIVITY, INC MACHINIST - CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Productivity, Inc is a CNC machine tool distributor headquartered in Plymouth, MN. In addition to CNC equipment, we sell related tooling & accessories and offer tooling inventory management services. We are looking for an experienced machinist to assist our customers with new inventory management set-up and support.

MACHINIST - CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Assess and collect customer tooling information at customer locations
• Source tooling products, check pricing and delivery per customer requirements
• Work as part of the installation team to install tool crib inventory software and hardware and train customers on the software.
• Organize customer tool cribs, take a complete tool crib inventory, and enter the inventory into software.
• Perform software maintenance and upgrades. Assist all existing customers with software and hardware support as needed.
• Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.

MACHINIST - CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• 3+ years of Tool Room/Machining experience working with cutting tools
• Professional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team or independently
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Proficient PC/computer skills.
• M – F, 7am- 4pm
• 40% travel, car or airplane
• Valid Drivers license & acceptable driving record
