We are seeking a creative individual with at least an intermediate technical aptitude who can apply their experience to support development of training materials and web products. We expect all team members to solve problems independently and offer project support to each other.

A successful applicant will be expected to:

· Interface with customers to identify training requirements and provide recommendations or suggestions to satisfy client needs

· Support development of training materials for systems including development of storyboards, outlines, user guides and job aids

· Rapidly acquire in-depth understanding of subject matter to become an expert

· Offer suggestions and recommendations tailored to the customer

· Support the review and quality assurance of project deliverables

· This position will involve significant technical writing, so proper grammar and writing style is a must.

· Support all training administration activities including scheduling training, reviewing training locations, providing logistics support, status reports

· Develop training materials that adhere to 508 guidelines and accessibility standards

Work Location: Remote

· All work shall be performed within the continental U.S.A.

· Applicant must have availability between 8AM to 5PM EST

Need-to-have

· US Citizenship

· Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of work-related experience.

· Technical proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe PhotoShop

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others under stressful situations

· Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices

· Demonstrated ability to develop instructional materials for software systems

· Ability to pass a Federal Minimum Background Investigation (MBI: multi-state criminal plus credit check)

Nice-to-have

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Experience facilitating classroom and webinar training sessions

· Video editing using Adobe Premiere or After Effects

· Audio editing using Adobe Audition or related software

· Demonstrated UX/UI Design experience
