    Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options.

    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.

    Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving team and individual goals.

    Base salary plus commission/bonus

    Requirements

    Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

    Strong interest in marketing and promoting insurance products based on customer needs.

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

    Ability to work in a team environment

    Ability to make presentations to potential customers

    Ability to conduct interviews in the office

    Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

    Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

    Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
