Pay Range: $16.00-18.00/hr

Job description:

Looking for a compassionate caregiver in Ponte Vedra/Nocatee areas. Must be willing to be around pets and smokers. Hours range from 8-12 hrs per shift. Start time will vary per client. Looking to start immediately!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate healthcare services directly in clients’ homes.

· Assist with daily household tasks and personal care.

· Provide reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments and errands if required.

· Monitor and report clients' health conditions using the WellSky App.

· Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and uplifting environment.

· Maintain accurate and thorough client care records and document all services provided.

Qualifications

· Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

· Proven experience in a home health or caregiving setting.

· Current CPR certification

· Recent TB test results (within the past year).

· Valid driver’s license or State Identification Card
