About the Role

Our gyms run fast, look great, and feel welcoming because of the people who take care of them. As our Professional Cleaner, you are the backbone of the club experience. You’ll make sure members walk into a spotless, fresh, and well-maintained facility every day. This is not just a cleaning job. It is a visible role that directly impacts how our brand is perceived.

What You’ll Do

Keep the gym clean, organized, and inviting from open to close

Deep clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility

Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours

Restock paper towels, soap, and sanitizers

Complete daily cleaning checklists and routines

Handle light maintenance such as changing light bulbs or small touch-ups

Report any equipment or safety issues to the Club Manager

Work closely with the front desk and leadership team to keep standards high

You will have a clear routine, but also the freedom to own your space and make decisions in real time.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and consistent every shift

Someone who genuinely cares about cleanliness and presentation

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day

Able to work independently without constant direction

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
