About the Role
Our gyms run fast, look great, and feel welcoming because of the people who take care of them. As a Professional Cleaner, you play a critical role in the member experience by keeping the club clean, safe, and ready at all times.
This is a hands-on, physically active position where you will be responsible for maintaining the entire facility throughout your shift.
Important: This role includes cleaning locker rooms and restrooms and may require early morning, late night, or overnight shifts. You will be on your feet for most of your shift and working independently.
If you take pride in your work, notice the details others miss, and like seeing immediate results from your effort, this can be a great fit.

Keep the gym clean, organized, and member-ready at all times
Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas throughout your shift
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring areas
Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards across the entire club
Restock paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies
Complete daily cleaning checklists with consistency and accountability
Handle light maintenance such as minor repairs or touch-ups

You will have a clear routine, but you are expected to take ownership of your space and maintain standards without constant direction.
