Compensation & Benefits

40%–50% commission based on experience, production, and work structure

Average full-time earnings: $65,000–$90,000+ yearly

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years professional grooming experience required

Ability to produce high-quality grooms safely and efficiently

Strong scissoring and finishing skills

Strong attention to detail and client care mindset
