What You'll Do as a Professional Driver
As a Professional Driver, you will:
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services throughout the Kansas City area
- Deliver a high level of customer service during every passenger interaction
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented vehicle
- Plan efficient routes and adjust to traffic, road conditions, and schedule changes
- Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each trip
- Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and operations personnel
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- Represent zTrip with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a driver, chauffeur, transportation professional, delivery driver, or customer-facing service professional
- Familiarity with Kansas City roadways, major destinations, and navigation technology
