PPS is seeking an experienced Professional Electrical Engineer Manager for our aluminum extrusion and finishing facility near Eugene. The Manager oversees electrical engineering projects, supervising a team of engineers and electricians, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring technical and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional growth of team members.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and relevant technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of advanced electrical design software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NEC, and IEC.
- Strong background in renewable energy systems or industrial automation.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and design principles.
