OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Department: Mobile App/Online System 

Department Summary The CSG Systems & Tools department is responsible for the design, development and enhancement of world-class digital technologies that enable the company’s financial advisors to deliver exceptional value and service to their clients.   Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology development, the Systems & Tools department provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Systems Product Owners combine deep subject matter expertise, vision and strategy, systems thinking and product management capabilities to produce highly integrated and effective tools for clients and branches to collaborate.   This role will contribute to an unparalleled digital client experience in support of Online Access & mobile apps. This associate will understand the client journey and value product features must deliver in order to strengthen the client experience. This associate will act as the primary business product owner on an agile product team: developing product plans and features in the product road map, working with User Experience designers to prototype and test with clients, writing user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing and grooming the features for product team development, testing and successful implementation.

M-F 8-5

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for supporting for the design and development of features on product roadmaps and backlogs for Online Access and mobile applications
• Collaborate with key business associates and subject matter experts to research, refine and test new system features and capabilities.
• Support the agile product team, intaking work, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and execute testing of product functionality including regression testing.
• Serve as a primary support and escalation for assigned features, including defect and bugs.
• Coordinate with other team members to build and implement a highly integrated and seamless client experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with financial services experience preferred
• 2+ years experience in digital product or agile project management
• Ability to acquire and maintain a basic understanding of the systems, products and services and our business partners.
• Ability to understand complex topics regarding the financial services industry.
• Strong teamwork/collaboration skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Detail oriented to ensure accurate and timely delivery of requirements, testing and system implementations.
• Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• A fundamental understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote working environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing client-facing FinTech, banking or wealth applications
• Experience using Jira and other  collaboration tools
