Provides supervision over one or more major engineering activities. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general supervision of the designated supervisor. Ability to walk on uneven terrain and access construction sites, bridges, and embankments.
May lift up to 25 lbs. (plans, equipment).
Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional standing during site visits.

Exposure to outdoor conditions and use of PPE (e.g., hard hats, safety vests).
Occasional travel to project sites required.
