Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include small to large jobs in various aspects of remodeling & carpentry. Some duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, door & windows, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, framing, decking, and general maintenance & repairs.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:

Completing maintenance & repairs - Residential and commercial jobs - the project length can range from 1 hour to multiple days. Most of the time you will be working independently unless required to work with other team members on larger projects.

Communicating with customers to help them understand the scope of their projects and the costs associated.

Providing accurate estimates and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

OR, previous experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)

Knowledge of building codes & zoning regulations

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry & remodeling

Must own your own tools

Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom

Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis

Must live within the territory
