    The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining office rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing agreements, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Community Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of our commercial property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Our team is an integral part of our business with the mission to enable our members to create their life’s work. As a Community Manager, you will be required to report to the building you manage each day and will be the owner of the Member experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring we are meeting our member’s needs and our standards and targets for member experience satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Assume ownership and manage the relationship with key accounts within the multiple entities within the building that you oversee • Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units • Ensure all accounts within your buildings are up to date, charging accurately, and reporting accurately on a regular basis • Meet with members to resolve issues, process member terminations, and other issues of complexity • Serve as a point of escalation and be a final decision-maker on policies and procedures for members • Be accountable for member retention, operations and use of software, and overall member satisfaction • Review community feedback regularly and implement building-specific plans to improve KPIs • Lead building site tours as needed • Communicate and drive the success of business updates, process changes, company initiatives, and goals to the team • Membership engagement and retention • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Establish rates by researching the local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Great with people– warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
