    Professional Home Buyers has been operating for over 20 years and is looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to join our team and positive work environment! Perform maintenance on rental homes, make ready rentals, and flip properties. Being reliable with an eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential maintenance including, but not limited to minor plumbing and electrical, and basic carpentry skills. Plumbing and HVAC experience is a plus. Must have own tools and vehicle. Pay DOE, please inquire. Paid time off and Health insurance. Full-time. Responsibilities: Examples of work performed: • Work with a team to complete tasks • Communicate with tenants and property manager • Minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, plumbing leaks, general maintenance • Minor plumbing such as installing faucets, garbage disposals, etc. • Ability to work in all weather • Install appliances and equipment • Carpentry work such as framing, installing baseboards, cabinets, etc. • Maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixtures, locks • Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations • Report issues to a facilities or maintenance manager Qualifications: Skills: • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Experience using hand and power tools • Very good communication and interpersonal skills • Physical stamina and dexterity • Eager and willing to learn and take direction • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance • Must be able to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks • Must be punctual and reliable • Self-Motivated • Pre-employment background and drug screening Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
