Responsibilities: Install Day Execution • Arrive at the install site prepared with pull list, floor plan, and install brief reviewed. • Assist mover crews with furniture placement, ensuring pieces are positioned accurately per the floor plan. • Execute styling tasks under the Lead Stager's direction: accessory placement, bed-making, kitchen and bath styling, book and decor arrangement, and art placement. • Handle lighter items, fabric layering, final touches, and quality-check passes through each room. • Help prepare and document the completed install (photos for records, walkthrough notes). • Support efficient load-out at de-installs: careful handling of styled pieces, condition notes, and return-to-warehouse prep. Pre-install Prep & Warehouse Coordination • Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with pull preparation when needed, particularly during peak install weeks. • Review project briefs in advance; flag any questions for the Lead Stager before install day. • Help maintain on-site staging kit (tools, hardware, cleaning supplies, measuring equipment). Professional Development • Build knowledge of the company's inventory, aesthetic standards, and signature moves. • Grow styling skills under the Lead Stager's mentorship; take on progressively more responsibility on-site. • Over time, begin to contribute to pull list development and design input on projects. Qualifications: • Experience in home staging or a related field, with a keen eye for design and detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with mover crews and team members to ensure seamless installations. • Proven track record of executing styling tasks, including accessory placement, bed-making, and decor arrangement. • Strong organizational skills to manage on-site staging kits and prepare for installations efficiently. • Ability to handle lighter items and perform quality checks to maintain high aesthetic standards. • Proficiency in reviewing project briefs and communicating any questions or concerns proactively. • Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a Lead Stager, taking on more responsibility over time. • Current on interior design trends. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
