Maintenance Technician – Commercial & Residential

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties.

Having your own tools and/or a work van or truck is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Drain clearing and plumbing repairs

Sheetrock patching and repairs

Toilet repairs (wax rings)

Shower and faucet valve stem replacement

Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed scope)

Door, lock, and hardware repairs

Basic HVAC maintenance (filters, thermostats)

Preventive maintenance and work order documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction or remodeling experience

Experience in commercial or multi-unit facilities

Ability to work independently

Requirements:

Preferred 10+ years maintenance experience

Valid driver’s license with Van or Work Truck

Ability to pass background screening

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
