About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving - Fort Worth as a Professional Mover! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to engage with customers while being part of a fun and energetic environment. Help us make moving and junk removal a stress-free experience for our clients!

Hiring Full and Part Time Positions. Pay includes base salary, tips and performance bonuses which averages between $20-$40 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently load and unload items from trucks while ensuring safety and care.

Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Safely transport items to and from residential and commercial locations.

Assist in packing and unpacking belongings with attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and job site.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the moving process.

Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

No experience necessary.

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
