About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care to children in a safe environment.

Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play.

Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and hygiene tasks.

Communicate effectively with parents about child development and behavior.

Maintain a clean and organized space for children’s activities.

Transport children to and from school, playdates, and appointments as needed.

Implement and adhere to family guidelines and routines.

Be a positive role model and foster a loving atmosphere.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass a background check.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Location: SW Minneapolis MN

Schedule: Part Time: 3:30pm-8:30pm some weekends required

Start: May 2026

Children: 3 children ages 13yrs, 10yrs and 10yrs

Salary: $26-$28/Hour depending on experience

We are a busy, active family looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support our three daughters (ages 10, 10, and 13) during weekday evenings and occasional weekends.

The Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM to 8:00/8:30 PM.

Weekends: Availability for occasional evening shifts.

Total: Approximately 20–30 hours per week.

The Role:

Your primary focus will be ensuring the girls get to and from their sports and activities safely and on time. When not driving, you will help keep the household running smoothly by handling:

Light laundry and meal prep for the kids.

"Managerial" support: guiding the girls to tidy up and stay organized.

Clear, consistent communication with parents regarding schedules.

Requirements:

Reliability is a priority. We need someone who is communicative, has a clean driving record, and enjoys a fast-paced afternoon. Bonus: No pets to worry about!
