We are looking for a process-driven and experienced painter to join our team at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place. You'll be responsible for supporting our team by performing interior and exterior paint jobs, including touch-ups on old paint, filling in drywall holes, and mixing paint colors. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is familiar with scaffold assembly, using hand and power tools, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean space. Responsibilities: • Erect scaffolding when required • Prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding • Match and mix paint to job specifications • Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete Qualifications: • Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • Applicant must have valid driver’s license • We prefer candidates with 2 years work experience and a completed apprenticeship, but not required Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
