    Professional Pest Control, Inc. is a Family-owned Business in Madison. We are seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Associate/ Support staff to join our team immediately.

    Hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm & Fridays from 8:00 am- 3:00 pm

    Job skills: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good Customer Service. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in technology. Quick learning & able to multitask. Basic understanding of company software and Microsoft Office.

    Job Duties: Answer incoming calls, forwarding to appropriate party, processing requests, and taking messages. Accurately enter data from work orders into computer system in an efficient manner. Greet visitors/customers & direct to appropriate party. Perform additional duties as assigned by office manager.

    Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or office administration. Strong data entry and computer skills. Experience providing customer service, which may be via face-to-face, phone and or email.
