Medical Front Desk/Patient Ambassador

This position is NOT for you if you require micro-management, spend more time focusing on problems than solutions, engage in office drama and gossip, have no interest in helping patients have a great experience, don’t like the field of physical therapy, and are unable to take charge of your environment and role.

Roles

1. Front Desk - Work with Front Desk team to ensure coverage of weekday opening through closing tasks of phone management, greeting/escorting/scheduling patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, insurance coordination/verification and collecting patient financial contributions, and managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts.

2. Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting and meeting with patients. Other assignments will include maintaining accurate records of email campaigns, workshop attendance and assisting with monthly newsletter.This is a part to full-time position, in a well-established clinic in Franklin. Your hours will range from as early as 7am and as late as 8pm. You must be willing to work at least one Saturday per month.
