    Ortho/Manual Physical Therapist for Team Leader in Expanding Private Practice

    A private practice established in 1991 dedicated to orthopedics and sports medicine caseloads, Professional PT and Sports Medicine will be celebrating our 300,000th patient visit this year. Our space was designed and built for the practice and is 3500 SF of private eval rooms, administrative offices, staff kitchen/break room and a large open rehab gym surrounded by windows.

    The clinic founder, an early pioneer in achieving both the t-DPT degree and OCS initial certification and 2 recertifications directs the practice, and is passionate about developing clinicians who can lead the future of PT. With our emphasis on mentoring and investment in education, our 9 clinicians have achieved advanced skill levels and certifications in a wide variety of specialties including Hand Therapy, Manual Therapy, Mobilization and HVLAT Manipulation, Functional Exercise, Dry Needling, Class 4 Laser, and more.

    We also value and invest in education of our patients, and members of our community. In 2019, 39% of our new patients found us through our direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and community workshops. 52% were returning past patients. As of March, we have 103 Google reviews and 5* rating. Our NPS Satisfaction Score was 9.8 for 2019. We directly supported 15 charitable organizations in 2019.

    Opportunity:

    Our Therapists work in 3 PT/PTA teams. Each team has a consistently full schedule and we have a 7-10 day waiting list for new patients. We are looking to expand to an additional team, and our ideal candidate will partner with an existing team, and depending on level of mentoring needed, will co-lead an existing team, or replace the team leader, who will start up a new team. To maximize and maintain quality and outcomes, we measure and incentivize teams accordingly. Our productivity standards are fair and adjusted for clinical experience, with 1-hour evals and average of 53 min f/u visits.

    Compensation range is $75,000-90,000 with incentives, depending on experience and additional value you bring such as specialty areas of expertise. Paid time-off begins with 120 hours after 90 days, nationwide health and dental plans, 401k with match, paid continuing education and professional dues, and wide variety of benefit choices such as life, disability, accident, and vision insurance.
