Roles

Front Desk - Work with Front Desk team to ensure coverage of weekday late afternoon through closing tasks of phone management, greeting/escorting/scheduling patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, collecting patient financial contributions, and managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts.

Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting, and meeting with patients.

This is a part to full-time position, at Professional Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, a member of the Franklin community for 30 years.
