Growing Physical Therapy Clinic in need of an experienced medical front desk/patient ambassador with insurance authorization experience. Must be willing to work 40 hours with ability to start as early as 7am and work as late as 8pm. Must also be willing to work at least one Saturday per month.

Experience should include: Insurance Verification for Outpatient Physical Therapy, PCP Referrals, Patient Intakes, Data Entry, Schedule Appointments in EMR, process credit card charges. This position will require working with the billing department to settle patient denials as well as working with patients in a friendly, compassionate manner. Other assignments will include maintaining accurate records of email campaigns, workshop attendance and assisting with monthly newsletter.

Preference will be given to those with direct Physical Therapy experience.
