    We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Project/Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin of our projects, managing the entire sign lifecycle from client consultations to final installation. You will act as the crucial link between our clients, salespersons, designers, and production team, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations with clear, consistent communication.

    Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site surveys and manage the permitting process with local authorities.

    Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including designers, production artists, fabricators, and installers to ensure seamless execution. Conduct project kick-off and progress meetings.

    Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensuring profitability

    Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all deliverables from design proofs to the finished product. Enforce high-quality standards and ensure brand consistency.

    Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

    Vendor Management: maintaining relationships, overseeing the selection, communication, cost-effectiveness and performance of third-party suppliers who provide specialized materials or services like complex hardware, components, or installation crews.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Experience: Proven experience as a Client/Project Manager in the sign manufacturing, architectural, interior design, the construction industry or similar is required. Experience with graphic design and branding is a plus.

    Project Management Skills: Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., Monday.com or similar).

    Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of construction, multi-family housing construction, commercial real estate, the design process, signage fabrication & installation process, materials, and relevant local regulations (e.g., ADA compliance).

    Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

    Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Client/Project Management, Construction, Design) or equivalent work experience.

    Attitude: Coach-ability & a great personality.

    People Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage all the many types of people.

    Aesthetic Sensibility: Eye for design and a high level of taste.

    Certifications: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certifications are not necessary but helpful.
