    SALARY: $3,360.00 WEEKLY!

    Hourly (taxable): $41.57

    OT (taxable): $54.04

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including their medical, social, and psychological needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.

     

    Coordination of Care: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring that patients receive the necessary medical treatments, therapies, and support services. This includes hospital stays, transitions to home care, and referrals to specialists.

     

    Resource Management: Advocate for efficient resource utilization, such as appropriate length of hospital stays, the use of cost-effective medications, and ensuring patients receive services covered by their insurance.
