DESCRIPTION  We are looking for a detail oriented, reliable, and results driven Full Charge Bookkeeper with a passion for the work, to join our team. 

EXPECTATIONS

The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Code credit card and bank transactions
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
• Invoicing clients
• Monthly accounts reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger
• Regular and thorough communication with Director of Operations and Principal
• Lead weekly Payroll processing
• Track employee payroll deductions and garnishments
• Track sick/vacation accruals, etc., as needed
• Other administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Certified Bookkeeper designation, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
• Experience with Quickbooks Online is preferred
• Experience with financial statements and tax returns
