In this role, you will also become an expert on all things flooring and fencing.

Flooring and home improvement experience is plus, but not necessary. We hire on attitude and initiative and then provide an extensive training program.

Job Description

This is a full-time job at our Dallas location.

Hours: Monday – Friday and every other Saturday

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing product knowledge

• Developing and enhancing customer relationships

• Understand pricing and profitability

• Generate and actively monitor sales quotes

• Actively sell products, close outs and specials

• Maintain CRM and sales quote software

• Provide customer feedback to management on needs and recommendations

• Confidently engage with customers to sell products

• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with flooring and home improvement

• Energetic, dependable, honest and a can-do attitude are a must

• Committed to providing superior service

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of common business applications

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

• 2+ Years in retail sales preferred

• Bi-lingual is a plus

• Pass drug/background check

Pay frequency:

• Every other week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: DOE – Ability to earn a 6 figure income

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Sundays off

Experience:

• Trade experience (Preferred)

• Retail sales/customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
