Job Title: Software Developer (Microsoft and SQL)

Location: Warsaw Indiana Area (Hybrid - Must Be Onsite at least 3 days/week)

Job Summary:

As a software developer, you will work closely with a manager who stays on top of leading edge technology and is committed to exploring the latest tools and trends. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Microsoft coding and technical skills, including .NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Work with SQL databases to design, develop, and maintain data structures and interfaces.
• Collaborate with other developers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify software requirements and develop solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is optimized for performance and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets established standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Recommend changes and improvements to existing software systems based on emerging technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using Microsoft coding and technical skills, including .NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Experience working with SQL databases, designing data structures, and developing interfaces.
• ERP Experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
