The multinational company in San Diego, have exclusively partnered up with PSG and are looking to recruit a AP / AR Specialist into the team - The position is a temporary position with the view to go permanent as we go further into the year. The role will be at within an accounting team reporting into the Senior Accounting Manager. There is a relaxed office environment, with a dress down dress-code and regular team building events to get involved with.

A successful candidate will be given duties which include:

• Full cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations as needed
• Supervision of 10 Staff
• Make journal entries and AR accruals
• Process expense reports
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed

A successful candidate will have a similar profile to:

• Degree Educated
• Law or Manufacturing experience desirable
• Hands on with an ERP system - i.e. NetSuite, Oracle, Great Plains, SAP, etc.
• Intermediate Excel skills- experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
