    Job Description

    Perform the full cycle of accounting duties of the Corporation. Primary role is to be responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and reconciliation of inventory/cost of goods sold, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Position provides accounting and independent action for inventory costing, yield analyses, process improvement. Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide Full on site accounting support for management reporting to the UK based CFO

    Prepare financial accounts, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of the business.

    Monitor company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs.

    Understand the financials of the company in order to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state of the company in good standing.

    Knowledge, skills and abilities: Valid CPA Status. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management about the finances of the business. Attention to detail. Organization and Project Management. Strong understanding of Tax Codes and Laws. Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise 2020. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

    Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Food or beverage production industry a plus.

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

    Prior experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks Enterprise experience.

    Knowledge of internal controls.

    Transitioning into Business Central / Navision System

    Excellent communication skills.

    Excellent follow up, follow through and time management skills and persistence.

    Ability to influence others in the deliverance of timely and accurate data.

    Adept at responding to internal and external customer and vendor inquiries.

    Strong sense of urgency.

    Professional and accessible demeanor.

    Experience with balancing transactions and reconciling accounts.
