PSG (Professional Search Group) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched it's first US office in San Diego in late 2015. With an uptick in client demand and job requirements, we are now adding two staff to our Accounting & Finance division. We would be open to speaking with experienced professionals with agency or corporate recruiting / staffing experience who would be interested in any of the following: 1. Recruiting only focused role 2. Sales / Business Development focused role or 3. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Staffing Manager at PSG you will be responsible for:

• Business development – calling prospective clients to introduce yourself and the business and aim to book in person or virtual client meetings
• Lead generation – generating leads through contacts in the market
• Candidate Interviews – sourcing and networking high caliber candidates and meeting with them to better understand their job search
• Filling open vacancies – Providing a top notch, quality service to our clients by helping them find sought after candidates who match their hiring requirements
• Negotiations – communicating with clients to discuss terms and agreements between PSG and the client company as well as negotiating salaries and job offers with candidates and clients
• KPI’s – hitting and exceeding weekly KPI’s (client meetings and candidate registrations)

SKILLSET AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Proven background working in a similar position with at least 1-2+ years of experience
• People person with excellent communication skills who loves interacting with clients and candidates
• Self-motivated, persistent, strong communicator and relationship builder and self-driven to hit targets
