Job Description

PSG is looking for a software developer with a passion for technology and a background in BioTech or Cheminformatics to join a growing organization in central San Diego on a full-time basis. This individual will step in and be part of an overall revamp to their current platform shifting from Perl to more work in Python, Django, Javascript, React.js, etc.

Being a small group and working directly with the CTO and Manager of Software Development, you'll have great exposure to hands-on mentorship and a chance to really learn and grow while having a voice and being able to contribute in the direction and outlook of the tech stack moving forward.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years experience software engineering in a professional environment
• Experience working in Python (Django), and JavaScript (React.js preferred)
• Knowledge of building REST API's or GrpahQL work
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt/pick up on new technologies quickly.
