You will be responsible for ensuring the data accuracy and information compilation for a growing company. Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking hard-working, detail oriented, people who are good communicators and want to grow in their careers. MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare, compile and categorize documents for data entry
· Check source documents for accuracy
· Verify and correct data where necessary
· Obtain further information for incomplete documents
· Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
· Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
· Ensure team’s work is completed and accurate
· Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
· Ensure data integrity and security policies
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
· Highly competent in planning and organizing information collection and management
· Quick problem solver with attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team oriented and goal focused
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Proficient in MS Office platform
· Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
· College degree preferred
