PROFESSIONAL SEARCH GROUP (PSG) is looking for a TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for an awesome non-profit organization. The role of the TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is to provide customer service and technical support for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Responsible for providing email and phone general and technical support to: Students taking the MSF, ROHVA, and SVIA eCourses, Sponsors using MSF's RiderCourse Enrollment System (RES) to facilitate student enrollment in the eCourse(s), MSF certified Rider, Coaches accessing RETSORG, RES, and the Qualifications Center
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot common/reoccurring issues
- Communicate issues to Senior Coordinators, Managers and/or VP, Training Operations
- Assist to identify and research solutions to existing problems with an emphasis on User Experience
- Host virtual demonstrations with training community to explain new features or improvements to our products and services as requested
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS:
- 2-4 years high volume call center experience with 1+ years specializing in technical support. Multi-tasking phone, email, chat experience a plus
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to various understanding levels over the phone in a calm, patient and understanding manor
- Positive, engaging, and effective training skills to support a variety of personalities, program instructors, and stakeholders
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and problem solving skills
