PROFESSIONAL SEARCH GROUP (PSG) is looking for a BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT to join their client's Contact Center team! Located in Brea, CA, the BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT is responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing Members that call in to the Contact Center. The BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT's ability to help members solve issues and identify solutions that meet their needs is crucial to their success. This role is primarily responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing members excellent service while referring products and services, based on their needs. PROFESSIONAL SEARCH GROUP is seeking individuals available for a 6+ month temporary assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in a sales / customer service environment, preferably in the financial industry
• 1+ year of experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial industry
• 1+ year of experience working with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial institution products / services
• Excellent communication and member service advisory skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
