Responsibilities: • Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up • Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner • Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more • Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work • Schedule appointments for service technicians Qualifications: • Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • High school diploma or GED is mandatory • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Must have typing skills to navigate computer systems and make notes for customer recommendations. Compensation: $70,000
