What You’ll Do • Convert Legal Leads with Confidence. • Engage with Potential New Clients (PNCs), listen deeply, uncover their legal needs, and guide them toward becoming firm clients. • Deliver Empathy & Insight. • You’ll spend up to an hour with each prospect, helping them envision a better future with the legal protection they need. • Own the Sales Cycle. • Follow up within 24 hours, maintain pipeline activity in our CRM, and exceed conversion targets through trust and follow-through. • Facilitate a Smooth Handoff. • Work hand-in-hand with attorneys and legal staff to ensure new clients feel supported throughout their journey. What You Bring • 2+ Years of Legal or Professional Services Sales Experience. • If you’ve sold legal services, financial products, or handled high-touch client intake, you’re our ideal candidate. • A Consultative Approach. • You listen actively, uncover pain points, and guide prospects through emotional and complex decisions with clarity. • Tech & Process Fluency. • Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus), Microsoft Office, and managing leads with structure and consistency. • Drive to Succeed, Heart to Serve. • You love closing deals, but even more, you love helping people. Family law is personal, and you show up with compassion. • Bilingual Bonus. • Spanish or Creole speakers are especially encouraged to apply (but it's not required). Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience in a client-facing role (legal, financial services, or high-touch customer service preferred). • Excellent communication & active listening skills – Ability to connect with people, build trust, and overcome objections. • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus). • Bilingual Preferred – While not required, Spanish-speaking and Creole-speaking candidates will have a competitive advantage. • Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently. • Compassionate & Client-Focused – You understand that family law matters are deeply personal, and you know how to balance sales expertise with genuine care. • Experience in a law firm, insurance, or medical services sales is a plus. • Culture is also important, so we need someone who works independently while getting along with others. Compensation: $45,000 - $115,000
