SALARY: $13.33 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION
This program's goal is to enhance parents' abilities to adequately and appropriately care for their children, helping the parents to develop appropriate parenting behaviors, and identify and resolve problems before and after children return home. Duties include: formulating, implementing, evaluating and reviewing desired behavioral changes with family; providing parent coaching during child/family interaction visitation; intervening when necessary to prevent inappropriate behavior; completing program documentation on a timely basis; transporting clients as needed; and reporting family progress to County and making appropriate recommendations.
The hours of work for this position are varied. Evenings, weekends and holidays will be required to accommodate the needs of clients. Long distance transportation may be required.
