    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Professional Services Specialist (Engineering) to support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design. In this role, you will help clients configure, build, validate, and maintain their engineering libraries, ensuring they can fully leverage these solutions for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will work directly with clients to guide them through best practices, conduct regular check-ins, and provide targeted support so they can maximize value from their engineering libraries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress and challenges with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design. Ask industry-specific questions that help clients refine their engineering libraries for greater accuracy and usability.
    • Library Configuration & Validation: Assist clients in creating and validating engineering libraries, including product data, machining rules, and design standards. In some cases, work directly on client libraries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for production use.
    • Training & Support: Provide one-on-one support and guidance on using Toolbox and Design libraries effectively. Partner with the Content Creation team to help prioritize training materials and documentation that support client learning.
    • Tailored Assistance: Adapt your approach to meet the needs of clients at varying technical skill levels, offering additional guidance where needed to ensure successful adoption of Toolbox and Design workflows.
    • Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the onboarding and validation process. Document progress, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuity within the broader support team.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges related to library setup, configuration, or usage. Collaborate with clients to implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency in their engineering workflows.
    • Continuous Improvement: Share client feedback and recurring issues with the development and content teams to improve library management strategies and the overall client experience.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a similar role, preferably within CAD/CAM, engineering software, or the architectural millwork industry.
    • Familiarity with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Design, or other AutoCAD-based design/manufacturing solutions strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of engineering libraries, including configuration, validation, and maintenance.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, including to clients with varying levels of computer skills.
    • Experience providing client training and support, both in-person and virtually.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
    • Patient, empathetic, and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering measurable value.
